Majestic Ben Lomond Peak

We have a great view of the beautiful Ben Lomond Peak and mountain range from our backyard. This was the only place I could see the sun shining with some blue sky and clouds hovering above. There hasn't been much sun here with all the rain and snow we have been getting. (Not complaining).

It's funny to hear Robert call Ben Lomond "his Mountain". He did hike over the top of the mountains east of us a few years ago with his brother Jon and Jon's daughter Sami. Robert called me on his cell phone when he reached the top. He told me to look at the mountain and I could see a flashing light from a mirror. It was exciting to see a glimse of them way up on the very top. Jon and Sami continued up to the top of Ben Lomond the next day. Robert says that he wants to hike to the top of "his mountain" next year.

What next?

It's always nice when you find that missing bottle of Baby Powder that you have been looking for weeks. We should have known that Hailey would be the one to find it. She looked like a little old lady.

Do you like "Flock of Seagulls"?

We try all day long to keep Olivia's hair looking cute. She
will pull everything out of her hair just as fast as we can fix it back.
She will not let you put headbands, bow, pigtails,
barrettes in her hair. If her hair is cute she will end up looking like
this in no time. So this is an idea of how she will look when she is
out with me visiting or shopping. So when you see her she most
likely will be sporting her Flock of Seagull's hairdo.
We love you funny girl!

Looking back...

I took this picture of Skabelunds home in Layton last
Summer. I wanted to post it and then I forgot.
It looks like they are taking really good
care of your place. I never give up hope you will
someday move back to Utah! :)
